Nigerians are known to appreciate leaders who understands what leadership is all about. Leaders who helped in human capital development and growth of their people in different fields of life. Leaders that understands the importanCE of leadership in the development of any given society Because No society can work efficiently without effective leadership.
Hon. Abayomi Sheba Esq who was awarded with a prestigious award in appreciation for his meritorious service towards human capital development and youth empowerment in Ore Ondo State over the week has been described by the people as a leader who has shown passion, enthusiasm, inspiration, and motivation in leadership.
The Organizers under the aegis of the Great Relites Association of Nigeria said Hon Abayomi Sheba Esq has invested time in people and also raised leaders in his constituency.
Hon Abayomi Sheba Esq who was a former acting chairman of the federal character commission while appreciating the organizers of the ward said One of the leadership qualities that define a good leader is honesty.
He also urged leaders at all levels to be responsible for the people they represent, and also be straightforward. Because the citizens are a reflection of any leadership.
In his key note address the former chairman of (FCC) said the secret of his leadership quality is imbibed in his honest and ethical behaviour which is a key value in leadership.
